New ideas for the new year
2025 is looking bright

Hello!
I’m going to keep things short today, but get your brain buzzing with ideas and opportunities.
You’re probably aware that earlier this year we launched Roadmap, the first no-code Shopify toolkit.
In 2025 we’re going to progress things further with Almond Labs leaning into more ventures and collaborations.
The fact is that there are constant problems to solve in ecommerce—but if you are facing one, it’s likely you are not alone.
If we run these issues through a different lens, we can turn those problems into assets and recurring revenue for both of us. We’ll look at the problem and ask:
Do other brands have this issue?
How painful is this issue?
What is the opportunity?
What is the impact on resources?
What are the potential revenue gains with 50, 100 or even 500 clients?
How many paying subscribers would we need to cover all costs?
Instead of a one-off fix that just works for your brand, we can partner with you to turn this cost into a solution for many—with you sharing in the profit.
This is where the power of our venture and combined networks makes an impact. With each app release our network grows, enabling us to get your app to the brands that need it.
With a solid pre-launch strategy, you can be in a position to make money from day one.
We already have a number of apps in the pipeline with strong partner collaborations, which we are excited to announce next year. But in the meantime, think about any problems you are having and make some notes. Consider your:
