Your ecommerce Roadmap
An introduction
Hello!
I know what you’re thinking – twice in one week!
This won’t be a regular occurrence but I thought this particular topic warranted its own email, just this once.
For those of you who are new here (and those of you who aren’t), you’ve probably seen the odd mention of our Shopify membership, Roadmap. Today, I’m going to give you some context, providing a brief overview of what it is and how it works.
I’m also hosting a webinar next week for anyone who wants to learn more. It will be a fairly intimate event with limited numbers so that people have the opportunity to ask questions and have an open discussion. If you’d like to register your interest, you can do that at the end of this email.
Here’s what’s on the agenda:

🚗 BACKGROUND
What is Roadmap?
In a nutshell, Roadmap is an annual membership for brands on Shopify.
Members get access to a growing suite of conversion, upsell and retention features as well as industry insights, strategies, campaign ideas, and a community of likeminded professionals.
We designed it to help ecommerce brands grow faster and more profitably for less than 10% of the cost normally associated with working with traditional agencies.
Members directly influence new features, providing input into which features we prioritise and how they should function.
🤓 DETAILS
How it works
All memberships are 12 months – billed monthly – and give you access to:
All available features (plus all future features)
Analytics
Educational resources
Strategy and campaign ideas
A community of ecommerce professionals
Each feature comes with insights, strategies and recommendations, giving you the tools to run a successful promotion.
Built-in analytics also allow you to track the results for every campaign.
When you sign onto Roadmap, all features are ready to go, cutting out the development process – which brings down the cost and the implementation time.
Standard approach
Most agencies or developers will go through this process when a client asks for a new feature. It can take weeks or even months to build and deploy, and can come at a significant cost.
Roadmap approach
Because our features are ready to go, there is no development stage.

Second Brain
It’s all well and good having new features, but how do you use them to achieve your business goals?
We’ve created a bank of over 100 campaign ideas which can be executed with the Roadmap suite. Dubbed the ecommerce manager’s “second brain”, there are ideas to drive sales, increase AOV, reward VIPs, incentivise new customers – the list goes on.
The idea is to help brands move away from a reliance on flash sales, and move them towards long-term, strategic growth.
